Added a photo spot to the club map

Harford Park and RidePhoto spot · Open 24 hours most of the time, ocassionaly closes. Fairly quiet after dark and there's alot of people there who drive around in their nice cars. Lighting is fairly good and drone photography works a treat there. No police intervention / private security / ANPR.
