Help with the site or app
Most questions about signing in, notifications and your account are answered on the help page. If yours isn’t, email us and tell us what you were doing, on which device, and what happened.
Reporting something
To report a post, comment, Rev, listing or profile, use Report on it (in the app, it’s in the … menu). That puts it straight in front of a moderator with everything we need. For anything urgent, or anything that can’t be reported in place, email us with a link.
Privacy requests
To ask for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, email us from the address on your account. You can also delete your account yourself: see delete your account. Our privacy policy explains your rights.
