1.Contact us

Email contact@arcscribe.co.uk and tell us what you were doing, on which device, and your username if you have one. up mii go is run by Arcscribe Ltd, a UK company.

2.Signing in

There are no passwords. Enter your email and we’ll send you a six-digit code (and a link). Type the code in the app, or tap the link on the phone you’re signing in on.

• No email? Check your spam or junk folder, and that the address is spelled right. Codes can take a minute to arrive.
• Each code works once and only for a while. If one stops working, ask for a new one.

3.Notifications

Choose which emails and phone notifications you get in Settings. If nothing arrives on your phone, check that notifications for up mii go are allowed in your phone’s own settings.

4.Reporting and blocking

Use Report on any post, comment, Rev, listing or profile (in the app, it’s in the … menu). Block a member from their profile to stop seeing them and stop them contacting you. Our terms explain what happens next.

5.Your account

Change your username, name and photo in Settings. To delete your account and everything in it, see Delete your account. Our privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
