Get a quote
We’re lining up insurance partners for members. Until they’re ready, the checklist below is worth doing on any quote. See all partner offers.
Before you renew
- Compare, don’t auto-renew. Renewal prices are often higher than a new customer’s. Get at least three quotes two to three weeks before your renewal date.
- Be honest about modifications. Alloys, a remap or lowered suspension can change your premium, and not declaring them can void a claim.
- Check the real mileage. A lower estimate is cheaper, but go over it and a claim can be affected.
- Look at the excess and cover, not just the price. Courtesy car, legal cover and windscreen cover differ between policies.
- Pay annually if you can. Monthly payments are a loan with interest.
- Set the reminder. Put your renewal date on your car in running costs and we’ll remind you 30 days, 7 days and a day before.
How this works
Arcscribe Ltd isn’t an insurer, a broker or an insurance adviser, and we don’t arrange or sell insurance. The links above take you to a partner’s own site, where they give you the quote and the policy. They are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and you buy from them, not from us.
If you buy through one of these links we may earn a commission, which helps pay for the club. It doesn’t change your price. We don’t recommend any one policy: what suits you depends on your car, your driving and what you want covered.
Know when it's due
Add your insurance renewal date to your car and get a reminder in time to shop around.
